Housed in the former Noma space, Barr feels distinctly Copenhagen: exceptional food served in a room designed for lingering. The menu draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of Northern Europe, but what lingers on with you is the atmosphere. Frederik Bille Brahe’s dining room remains one of the city’s most compelling places to spend an afternoon. Located inside Kunsthal Charlottenborg, Apollo blurs the line between restaurant, gallery, and living room. The menu changes constantly. The atmosphere doesn’t. Order whatever is in season and stay longer than planned.
Part café, part restaurant, part extension of Louise Roe’s design universe. Come for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon coffee and take in all the details. The space captures something Copenhagen does particularly well: making everyday rituals feel elevated without becoming formal.
