GUEST CURATOR

ROXANNE
DOUCET

Roxanne Doucet has built her career around images and the people who make them. Currently Global Visuals Director at Vanity Fair and formerly Visual Director at Vogue, she is also the founder of TRIPTYQUE, her creative consultancy working at the intersection of art, fashion and visual culture. Moving between New York and Paris, her world spans fine art, documentary photography and editorial storytelling, with a particular commitment to artistic authorship and emerging talent.

That eye extends well beyond the page. Roxanne’s references move easily between disciplines: the radical material experimentation of Arte Povera, the raw photography of Werkstatt für Photographie 1976–1986, the quiet simplicity of a Santa & Cole lamp and the work of artist Roni Horn.

Fashion and beauty are equally part of the conversation, from walking for Maria McManus, one of her favorite designers, to Tata Harper and Dries Van Noten fragrances. It’s an edit that feels distinctly Roxanne: art and fashion, object and image, the everyday alongside the enduring.
